Here is a detailed description of each category, including eligibility criteria, application process, and steps to achieve permanent residency:
1. New Brunswick Express Entry Stream:
This stream is designed for candidates who are already in the federal Express Entry pool and have a valid job offer from a New Brunswick employer. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have a valid Express Entry profile number and Job Seeker Validation Code.
- Meet the criteria of at least one federal economic immigration program (Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, or Canadian Experience Class) and score enough points to be eligible for permanent residency.
- Have a valid job offer letter from a New Brunswick employer for a skilled position in National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels 0, A, or B.

Application process:
- Create and submit an Express Entry profile.
- Apply to the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) Express Entry Stream online and provide all required documents.
- Pay processing fees, if applicable, and await the provincial nomination.
- With the provincial nomination, update the Express Entry profile to reflect the nomination and boost the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
- Once selected in a federal draw, apply for permanent residency to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) within the given timeframe.

2. New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream:
This stream targets foreign nationals with a full-time permanent job offer from a New Brunswick employer. The job offer must be related to NOC skill levels 0, A, or B. Eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Have a full-time permanent job offer from an eligible New Brunswick employer.
- Meet the work experience, language proficiency, and educational requirements specified for the position.
Application process:
- Submit an online application to the NBPNP Skilled Worker Stream.
- Provide all required supporting documents, including job offer and proof of qualifications.
- Pay processing fees and wait for a decision from the NBPNP.
- If nominated, apply to IRCC for permanent residency within the given timeframe.
3. New Brunswick Skilled Worker for Truck Drivers:
This stream is specifically for skilled truck drivers who have a valid job offer from a New Brunswick trucking company. The eligibility criteria include:
- Have a valid Class 1 driver's license.
- Have a minimum of two years of work experience as a truck driver.
- Provide a job offer letter from a New Brunswick trucking company.
Application process:
- Complete and submit an online application to the NBPNP Skilled Worker for Truck Drivers Stream.
- Provide all required documents, including the job offer and proof of driving experience.
- Pay processing fees and wait for a decision from the NBPNP.
- If nominated, apply for permanent residency to IRCC within the given timeframe.

4. New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream:
This stream targets experienced business owners or senior managers who wish to establish or acquire a business in New Brunswick. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Have a minimum personal net worth of $600,000 CAD.
- Make a minimum investment of $250,000 CAD into a New Brunswick-based business.
- Create at least two full-time employment opportunities for Canadian citizens or permanent residents in the business.
Application process:
- Express interest in the Entrepreneurial Stream by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) online.
- If invited, submit a detailed business concept and online application to the NBPNP.
- Attend a mandatory interview.
- Upon nomination, fulfill the performance agreement by establishing or acquiring a business in New Brunswick.
- After fulfilling all requirements, apply for permanent residency to IRCC.

5. New Brunswick Post Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream:
This stream is specifically for international graduates who have completed their post-secondary education in New Brunswick and are interested in owning and operating their own business in the province. Eligibility criteria include:
- Hold a valid post-graduation work permit.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in managing or operating a business in New Brunswick.
- Present a viable business plan for the proposed venture.
Application process:
- Submit an online Expression of Interest (EOI) to express interest in the Post Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream.
- If invited, submit a business concept and detailed application to the NBPNP.
- Attend an interview.
- Upon nomination, fulfill the performance agreement by establishing the proposed business in New Brunswick.
- After meeting all requirements, apply for permanent residency to IRCC.
To achieve permanent residency:
- Upon receiving a provincial nomination from the NBPNP, update the Express Entry profile for Express Entry Stream applicants.
- Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from IRCC based on the CRS score or Apply for permanent residency after receiving nomination for streams outside Express Entry.
- Submit the permanent residency application to IRCC, including all required forms and supporting documents.
- Pay necessary processing fees.
- Undergo medical examinations and obtain police clearance certificates.
- Attend any required interviews or provide additional information upon request.
- Upon approval, receive Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).
- Activate permanent residency by landing in Canada as a permanent resident.
